These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Zero1 Ventures ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of I'm In!, including the mobile application available on iOS and Android and any related services (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of the App
You agree to use I'm In! only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend, databases, or other users' data
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use the App to spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
- Impersonate another person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the App — event names, messages, ideas, availability, and other contributions ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Zero1 Ventures a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the App and provide its features to you and your event members.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not monitor or review content posted by users and take no responsibility for it. We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to remove content that violates these Terms.
⚠️ Remember: Content you post in events is visible to all members of that event. Do not share sensitive personal information in event chats or descriptions.
In-App Purchases
I'm In! offers optional paid features:
- Unlock This Event — a one-time purchase ($1.99) that removes limits for a single event
- I'm In! Plus — an auto-renewable annual subscription ($4.99/year) that unlocks premium features across all events
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment, billing, and refunds are governed by the respective platform's policies. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings.
No refunds are issued by Zero1 Ventures directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google support through the platform you purchased from.
Free Tier Limits
The free version of I'm In! includes usage limits per event:
- Up to 8 members per event
- Up to 10 ideas per event
- Up to 20 chat messages per event
💡 Purchasing Unlock This Event or subscribing to I'm In! Plus removes these limits. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
All rights in the App — including its design, code, graphics, branding, and features — are owned by Zero1 Ventures or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.
The name "I'm In!", the app logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Zero1 Ventures. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERO1 VENTURES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
We do not guarantee that events will be saved indefinitely or that data will not be lost due to technical failures.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZERO1 VENTURES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE APP.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PURCHASES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. To request deletion of your event data, contact us at contact@zero1co.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
